Dezina wings challenge
There's been a month-long challenge over at the Dezinaworld blog, to make something on the theme of "Wings" and I've been thinking about it for a while, but for most of the month I couldn't get to my digital images or print or upload. Now, everything is back up and running (yay) but my mojo is still sleepy from the long break. So, I finally finished this card last night, and just in time too, as the challenge ends at midnight tonight. The image and wings and backing paper are all from the lovely June, who runs Dezinaworld, the frame I made and the sentiment I did in Paintshop :)

Susan this is gorgeous, i often think of you and i as sharing a love of words but in art i also think we share a love of texture too. Gorgeous work my dear friend and just in time as you say. I am behind for reasons you already know but will do the draw today
