Happy Birthday Janet!

Desert Island Crafters - For this challenge, you must pick at least 3 items from a given list and use them in your project. Well, it's making me smile that this week I've managed to actually use all 10, almost :P
1. Use a creepy image (or make a cute image creepy!)
2. Use Black
3. Distressing (around the image)
4. Sparkle
5. Mix patterns you normally wouldn't have tried together. This was the one I had most trouble with, and I only managed it if you include glitter and ditressing :P
6. Words
7. Use ink on something other then a stamp (around the image)
8. Punches (can you see the scallops around the frame?)
9. Stripes
10. No flowers.
