It's nearly October!

So I'm having fun creating Halloween stuff at the minute :D
This piece uses Lili the cat by Simply Betty stamps, the paper is from my Zombe Catwalk set and the bat and the poem/sentiment are both by me.
These are the challenges I'm entering with this piece
Paper Cutz challenge - critters
Flutterby Wednesday - anything winged. The usual rule about needing a fairy angel or butterfly has been lifted for this week and any winged thing will do, so I'm entering my little bat buddy card, and, lol, I kept thinking about him being exvited to be allowed to enter a challenge where he wouldn't normally be accepted ;)
Papertake weekly - Animal Magic
Ooh La La Creations - focus on the sentiment
Shirley's 2 Girls - critter + spooky
Theme Thursday - two things. Two critters and two colours on mine
Etsy Inspired Challenge - Be inspired by something from Indigo Twin Lots of wonderful paperclay folk art pieces here, including several cats and a bat, so those are what I chose to go with
Simply Betty Challenges - Halloween in a non-traditional colour combo, so I went for teal and red.
Bee Crafty - Furry or fluffy friends
Stamping Vacation Animal Applause - feature an animal you wouldn't want running through your house. I'm not talking about the cat; we have several of those running around our house. Or, more usually, lying around the house :P But the bat? No thanks, lol, I will never forget that clip of David Attenborough explaining to camera that the fear people have of bats flying into their heads is completely unfounded, as their aerobatic skills and amazing sonar abilities means they would simply never do it, and half way through a bat flies into his head :P

Also, I'm having a giveaway, click HERE to see the post and leave a comment there to be in with a chance to win. You don't need to become a follower, or answer questions, or make anything, or even check back because I'll get in touch with the winner :D
